How to send requested info to support

Thread needs solution

Yesterday 10/30/09 at 13:00 CST I spent three plus hours sharing a screen session with support attempting to install ABR 10 on my server with no sucess. I was asked to send a screen shot and an info file to support. Support said they would send me an email to which I should reply.

I have had no email and would really like to get this info to support so that I can, perhaps, in the not too distant future, install Acronis on my server.

Any one know how to get this info to support?
