hello, i am currently a demo user of Acronis Backup & Recovery Server 10. I have a HP Proliant ML350 with a RAID5 on a SmartArray 641 that I would like to test a backup and recover on.

Will the recovery boot cd automatically identify my hardware RAID5 on SmartArray 641 or will I need to specify drivers?

I have carefully checked our internal resources and didn't find any mention of issues with this particular hardware, so we don't expect any difficulties with it.

I would also like to mention for those, who can visit this thread, that we have some difficulties with HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID: Bootable Media doesn't recognise it and detects HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID as separate drives. As a workaround, one use WinPE or BartPE media with the Acronis plug-in. We have the appropriate article in our Knowledge base.

But in your case I think that everything should be fine.
