I am getting License key disabled message

Issue
Server crashed and we recovered to a different box.

Since then, Acronis has not been running. When we try to create a backup job, we are unable to. We get the following message: Failed to check the license key. The key is disabled.

I try to insert the license key, I get the following message: "The entered license key can be used with Acronis License Server only. "

This is an SBS 2003 server and the license I have is for
• Product Description: ABR 10 Adv Svr SBS Ed w/ UR incl. AAP-EN

Please help!!!
