I'm not allowed to load a Support-Article

Thread needs solution

After all my Problems I am trying to update my ABR10 to the latest build - so I would like to view the Article about "Acronis Backup & Recovery 10: Updating to the Latest Build" from the Support-Site. But then I get a message "Access denied.  You are not authorized to access this page."

Can somebody help me. Do I need to make new tasks after installing the new Build or do I need to update all clients?

 - Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Build 13544 & 13545 (Update 4 and Update 4.1)

There is no need to create new tasks after the updated but I would recommend to update all clients.

Thx for your help. Now I must write a mail to the Support, because updating server and clients did not solve my problems.
