Purchased Backup and Recovery 11 for our Windows 2000 server.
When I chosed to make a backup plan, the hard drive doesn't show in the "Data to backup Disks/volumes" box.
I have a mirrored configuration.

Any thoughts on this?

Hi Sheldon

Please ensure you have all ABR11 components installed (Eg, ABR11 Windows agent) and that all services are in a running state (except the VSS service which is not needed until a backup is run).

The second thing to check into is to ensure you have your licensing applied to your product, if you don’t have your license key activated with the software you can also see the same issues you are facing.
