The closest I can get with acronis products is Acronis Backup & Recovery® 11 Advanced Server.

I have looked at acronis website, manuals and done some googling but Im still not sure which acronis product will help me.
Please note: Create image and restore image from boot cd is what I need.

And of course, please give me url for tutorial for this.........

Greetings Lennart B,

Thank you for joining us here on our Forum. I will be very glad to address your question.

Our product family Acronis Backup and Recovery is what may best suit your needs, Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 product-line being the latest version at present. With regards to your question, you may opt for Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Server for Windows if you are intending on performing backup and recovery operations only on your Windows Server 2008 R2 system.

Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Advanced Server edition as mentioned in your post is for centralized and remote management of client machines with their backup and recovery operations. This may not be ideal in scenarios when only Acronis Bootable Media is to be utilised in the pre-boot environment.

Please see the link to our Acronis website where you can download the trial version of Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Server for Windows and try out the features under Acronis Bootable Media which you may create upon installing the product. Please note that some features are not enabled under the trial version of our products, for more information please see this Knowledge Base article for more details by navigating to Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Server for Windows within the table and looking under the Functionality from Bootable Media column.

Should you have any additional questions or concerns and would further assistance with them, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will be happy to help.

Kind regards,

Volkan
