Incorrect Backup Succeeded / Failed Message

I have configured ABR10 (Bld 10287)  to email on the status of my Backup Plan which works OK. However, for backups that fail, the email 'Subject' line still states the backup succeeded meaning I actually have to check the email body text to see if the backup did successfully complete or not.

Anybody else experience this issue and is it fixed yet?
