Indexing Task Does Not Run

Thread needs solution

All of the sudden the Indexing task errors out when it tries to run. Nothing has changed in the environment since the last time it ran successfully, so rather confused.

Here is the log entry for the issue:

And this may or not be related but the backups dont seem to working now either. Throws these errors:
