Hi, I am unable to install Acronis Backup and Recovery Advanced Server on one server. I am now getting the error, "installation was interrupted etc..." Please find attached log file. This is the only server out of four that I am having this issue with. I have manually removed old components. Tried to install the extracted .msi etc. all to no avail.

From the provided log, it appears that update of our software fails on MigrateFeatureStates. Without additional information it is difficult to determine why, but you can read more about this action here.

When you manually removed old components, did you remove them from add/remove programs or did you use our Knowledge Base article for manual uninstallation instructions or with our clean up utility?

To get this issue resolved, I would recommend to run our Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 clean up utility, it will remove traces of the previous version which prevents this update. I am sure that after doing this, you will be able to install our software properly. Please make sure you are installing from the .exe package and not from the separate msi files.

In case it does not work, the fastest way to resolve the issue would be to contact our support directly with these two reports:

1. Msi log.

2. AcronisInfo.
