Install Fails at Acronis B&R 10 Agent
I'm installing Acronis B&R 10 trial version on 2003 SBS Premium SP2.
We have put in an order for B&R 10 Advanced for SBS through our local network vendor.
I was told by the vender to load the trial version and use it while waiting for the full
version. Unfortunately when installing it, a B&R Agent install error occurred.
This is giving me second thoughts about purchasing this software!
Do you have any solutions for this problem?
I have included the install log.

Colin,
These errors indicate that Distributed Transaction Coordinator service disabled.
In all the three cases you should make sure the following two services are running:
- COM+ System Application
- Distributed Transaction Coordinator
Click Start -> Run and type in services.msc to get the list of services
If all of them are started, then check that COM+ is not broken by opening it manually (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> COM+ Applications -> System Application). If at any of the steps there appears an error message, then COM+ Application is broken. If it is broken, please try rebuilding it as described in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 318731 (see Resolution, steps 2 and 3).

According to the log file, the previous installation of Acronis True Image Echo can't be removed automatically. Therefore, please refer to this article to remove the traces of the previous installation and install Acronis Backup&Recovery 10 from the scratch.
