Issue Detecting LTO4 on storage node

Hi,

Below is my configuration

Acronis Version: Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Virtual Edition for VMware vSphere Standard + Universal Restore
Installed on: Windows Server 2008 R2
Storage Node: Windows Server 2003 R2
Tape Drive: Quantum LTO4

I’m have trouble getting Acronis to recognise the presence of the tape drive on the storage node. When I “detect tape device” is receive and error with event ID 0x01350011. The tape is recognised on the 2003 server and has the manufacturers drivers installed. I ran the tapes.exe program that I found on another post here and the output from this was “Found tape \\.\tape0”

Any advice on how I can get Acronis to recognise the tape drive?
