Hi Support,

I tried to stop my backup job but it seem like stuck or hang at execution state “stopping” since two days before until now.
Any idea to solve this problem?

Acronis version: Acronis backup & recovery 10 management server (build 10.0.11639)

Davie is right, but I just wanted to add, that there's actually an opportunity to delete just the fault task. Here how you can do it: 

  1. Run schedmgr.exe and issue this command
    get list
    It will provide you with the list of tasks you have
  2. Find the one you need to delete and enter the following command:
    task [task_number]
    This will get you to this task menu
  3. As soon as you are in the task menu, enter
    Delete
    and the task will be removed
