"Last Connection" does not update
When I check the AMS I see 2 systems which had the last connection 3 weeks ago and their last successful backup a month ago.
However they are both creating backups and store them on PowerVault connected to the same server the AMS runs on.
I can also "right click - connect directly".
I was also able to create a new backup plan from AMS for one of the systems and ran it successfully.
However revoking an assigned backup policy did not work.
I have allowed all types of connections in the firewall settings. I have restarted the acronis services several times and one computer entirely. Yet when I "right click - synchronize" nothing happens.
Any idea what can be done to fix this?

Thank you for your postings! Most likely the AMS database is overloaded and thus cannot process the new information. I would recommend running the scripts from the following articles:
