Licenses not recognized during management server installation

Thread needs solution

Dear Support

I import the licenses to the license server , can display as normal.

But when I install the management server ,the process can not detect any licenses on the specified license server, or the licenses can not be recognized.

i already attached the picture.

Thank you for finding time to open the thread regaridng this question. I completely understand your concern and will be glad to provide you with necessary assistance.

According to the screenshot you have only Deduplication Licenses added to the License Server, while Management Server checks also for the Agent licenses. So here we have 2 possible workarounds:

  1. Add Agent Licenses to the License Server
  2. Choose to install the components that doesn't require licenses

Should the issue persist, we'll need to take a closer look at the issue. Could you please obtain the following information:

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed before you encountered this issue
  2. Screenshot of available licenses in the License Server
  3. Acronis Info
  4. License Server location
