Logging on with the specified credentials is impossible...
Hello.
I'm getting the following error on one of my machines:
"Logging on with the specified credentials is impossible, probably because the account does not exist or the password is invalid."
I've verified the username/password are correct, but that doesn't resolve the problem.
I've deleted the backup and recreated it with no fix.
I am trying to backup to an external USB hard drive. I can swap drives and duplicate the results.
I found this post (http://forum.acronis.com/forum/25706) which seems to have the same issue. However, that problem was resolved by correcting the network resource mapping. In my case, this isn't a network location, but an external USB hard drive.
Can anyone provide further troubleshooting steps?
I've attached a .TXT log file for reference. I've removed domain/machine/user names for security.
