Lost NAS Login Information

Hello,

we´ve got a Problem with Backup & Recovery 11 and existing Jobs.

In Backup & Revocery are defined jobs. The target of the Image job is a share on an existing NAS.
As in previous versions, Backup and Recovery loses at once the registration information for the NAS.

So far we always had to edit the existing job and re-enter the registration information from the NAS or we hat to enter the ip adresse of the NAS instead of the name from the NAS.

Why loses Backup and Recovery the registration information and how we can fix this problem?

Do you get any errors? By default, our software remembers credentials information and even if you get a prompt and click save, the credentials specified previously will be accepted.
