Lost (orphaned) vaults after Acronis 11 upgrade

Hi,
After upgrading our management server which is also a storage node we lost connection to all our old Acronis 10 vaults. When trying to attach a vault the message is:
"The selected folder does not contain backups of a previously deleted vault. Select another folder and try again."
Its nothing obvious because Acronis had two remote sessions to the server and wasn't able to solve it.

Has anyone experienced similar problem?

Just trying the forum while we are waiting for elusive corporate support, our ticket 01345663 has been opened and unresolved since 23/10/2011.

Update
Acronis support fixed the issue. It was the corrupted storage node after the Acronis 11 upgrade. Simple reinstall did not help. There were corruptions in settings either in management server SQL db table or in the appdata settings files.
