Machine disappear in AMS

I have Acronis Backup & Recovery advanced. I begin instll my server in management server but the machine disaappear after a few time 1 day or more. The job created on server has not source and the machine doesn't appear at all. So i removed all reference wirh a script who's delete the reference of the machine with her ID i get from registry on the concerned machine.

After i reinstall the machine and it's ok for a moment.

someone had this problem.

This product habve a good appeal but it have serious problem too, It's not easy working with it

So Thank you if you have some information for me

Hi Viberts,

I face the same problem with disappearing machine in AB&R 10 and found your post hoping Acronis provided some workaround already. Unfortunately and not surprisingly there is nothing at the moment so my question is if you managed to solve the problem?

Same problem also from me. One machine disappears few seconds after have been added to AMS.

Hi. I solved this problem uninstalling and installing again the agent on one of the machines with the same MachineID. After the reinstallation, this pc obtained a different ID and, for the moment, the pc is not disappearing anymore.

I was solving another issue following workaround as listed in article below:

and surprisingly it solved my problem - machines that where not visible are again shown in "all physical machines".

Another problem was solved as well - for one of my servers "last successfull backup" in "all physical machines" section was shown as 1 month ago however tasks were running every day. After applying workaround from article mentioned above this issue was solved as well.
