Machines have disappeared from ABR10AW

Hi. I've 45 machines under backup using ABR10AW (build 10.0.13545). Two of these PCs sometimes disappear from the machine list, and I've to manually add again these PCs in the list and reapply the policy. Even after the reinstallation of the agent, the problem persists. The other 43 machines are not affected by this problem.

Do you have any idea on why this happens?

It could've happened if you have your machines synchronized with a text file, and these two machines are not listed there.

If you don't synchronize the machines with the text file, or the machines are added there, please gather Acronis System Report, and send it to us. These logs might shed the light onto the situation.

Hi. I noticed that there are two PCs with the same MachineID. This is the reason why when I added the first, the second one disappeared. How can I change the Machine ID on one of these PCs?

I uninstalled the agent from one of these two PCs as well as cleaned the windows register. Now they have different MachineIDs and the problem is solved.
