Malfunction Acronis True Image Service after Start Backup

Thread needs solution

-Start to made a E-Mail Full-Backup is normal
-After a few seconds Task stopped and crashed
-Message from System =>Acronis True Image Service does not work =>see attached Picture
Systemdata:
Windows Vista Home 32Bit, Service Pack2 installed

Thank you for the details specified. Unfortunately due to the lack of investigation information it is still difficult to identify the reason of the issue, so could you please kindly provide us with the following? 

  1. Acronis Info from the machine in question. It will show us the current state of the issue.
  2. Watson mini-dump file. It will provide us with the information regarding what exactly is crashing the program.
  3. Process monitor report: 
    Download Process Monitor, extract and run it
    Reproduce the issue without closing the utility
    Click File ->Save in the main Process Monitor window
    Note the path where the log file is saved, so that you will be able to find it
    Select All events and save the log file in the PML, CSV or XML format
    Please make sure to copy the logfile.PML into a ZIP file, as it becomes significantly smaller.
