Management Console crashes consistently after boot

Thread needs solution

Trying to recover a Win7 image to a Dell Optiplex 980.

I boot to the B&R 10 disk, and it gets to the screen where I select the Management Console. About 1 second after the console comes up, the machine restarts. Tried about 8 times with exact same result.

I've booted to the Management Console and successfully applied the same image to other Optiplex 980s with no issue.

Tried a different B&R 10 disk. No difference.

Tried an external DVD-ROM. No difference.

Tried booting to other programs, such as Acronis 9.7, and the machine didn't restart.

I'm stumped.

We have resolved this known issue in the latest build of our software. You can always download the latest bootable media from your Acronis web-account, but just in case I will follow-up with a private message to give you a download link for it.
