Management Console.exe - Application Error

Thread needs solution

Was running fine till about 3 days ago when all of a sudden i get this error on my screen when I click on the Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 icon on my desktop. I've downloaded and installed the update thinking it would resolve the issue i was having. When I complete the installation, the installer program launches the backup and recovery program just fine. When i finish and close the application and need to run the program again i get the following message.

(ManagementConsole.exe - Application Error

(X) The exception unknown software exception (0x400000015) occured in the application at location 0x781346b4

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Any idea what could be the problem with my installation.

  1. Acronis Info
  2. Userdump
