Management Server Console 10 Access Rights

Greetings,

my question for you is, is it possible to set up roles or user-groups with different rights to use the console on the management server.

For example: I want to give my college the right to connect with the management server via console. He should watch the status of the clients and do some backups, but it should not be allowed to him to restore or the access to some of the computers.

The only thing i found is, to give someone the right to use the console connected to the management server, or not.
