Migration from acronis version 8 to acronis version 10

Thread needs solution

Currently we have the acronis backup and recovery version 8, but we want to migrate to version 10, we receive the file in order to do the migration but its no working, its like a new installation and in the console its empty i do not see my data bases, policies and task.

How can i resolve it, its very important for our company.

If I understood correctly, you are trying to upgrade to Acronis Backup and Recovery 10. In order to install it, you will need to uninstall the previous version of Acronis software from add/remove programs.
