My backup disk is full and I can't delete any backups

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis Backup & Rcovery 10 build 12497 on Windows 7. I have several incrmental backups and cannot delete any to free up space because I get the following error / warning...

I would recommend to update to the latest build of the software because this issue has been resolved in the latest build.

Because of the above problem I deleted my full backup and started a new full backup on 1st February. By last night I had just over 1 day left to finish the backup. This morning I looked at the backup window and it seems to have started a new full backup with 4 days to go. Please tell me what has gone wrong. Many thanks, Caroline Hayes
