Need help reinstalling TI 11

I recently had a problem when attempting to create a new full backup image of my C drive onto an external HDD. After several failed backup attemps I uninstalled TI 11 and when I attempt to reinstall the installer software requests the serial number for the product on one line and the serial number of the earlier product on a second line.

I have the serial number for the TI version 11, but do not have an Acronis serial number for an earlier version, because I upgraded from Seagate's Disk Wizard. I am now at a loss. Can you help me with this re-installation?

Hello Frank,

Since you upgraded from Seagate's DiskWizard to Acronis True Image 11 Home, you need DiscWizard program to be present at the system. To resolve the issue could you please do the following:

1. Please download the latest build of DiscWizard program available here and install the program to your computer.

2. Please install Acronis True Image 11 Home Upgrade over the installed software.

In this case the serial number for a previous version of Acronis True Image is not required.
