Next Start Time.

Thread needs solution

We are using ABR 11 Virtual Edition on ESXi 4.1.

I have 4 backup taks. Created today. Despite the completion of the tasks properly then the next start time seems one hour after of schedule time.
For example;
Task schedule: 05.10.2011 18:00
Next Start time: 05.10.2011 19:00

I checked the storage (incremental backup file created)
I checked schedule (weekly, once)
Deployment status: Deployed

I don't know that the tasks will work or not tomorrow.
What can i check or do for this issue?

I assume that there is a interface (or mainframe) logical issue. When I manually start a scheduled backup plan, backup schedule comes out the schedule circle. I forwarded this issue to Acronis support team. I hope you'll have a solution as soon as possible. Because this is some major issue.

Hi

I don't know if you solved this already. I had a similar problem. The ESX(i) host server always runs on GMT. If you imported and use the Acronis virtual Appliance as an ESX agent, it inherited this time zone from the host. Go to the Appliance and select the correct time zone. Restart the appliance.

The next start time corresponds to the time zone of the backup agent at deployment time. Redeploy the backup plan and the time should be correct.

In your case you may have a difference of one hour between your local time zone (the time zone of the computer on which the console is installed) and the time zone of the agent.

Hope this helps, best regards, Kirmo
