No da opcion de universal restore en la recuperacion de imagen

Buenos días, he realizado una copia de mi equipo con Windows XP Home Edition pero a la hora de recuperarla en un equipo nuevo, no me muestra la opción de universal restore.

He realizado la copia con la instalación del programa en XP y a través del CD de arranque creado con la opción de Universal Restore.

Por favor, me podrían indicar porque puede suceder esto?, es importante porque hay programas que solo son compatibles con XP.

It doesn't matter if the image was created using a product with Universal Restore function without it. It must be present only during recovery - is the bootable media created with Universal Restore option. If you use version 11 (not 10), you may also check the following - restore the image on the new machine without UR, then run bootable media and click 'apply universal restore' on the start page. It may work, or may fail to detect operating system on the restored system. In this case UR option is not shown during recovery, too.
