No mail Informations after a failed backup and no backup starts after the failure

I have following problem. When a backupdisk is not available Acronis didn´t send a mail information to me. When this error occurs the the backup did not start again. I have to manually start the job. In some cases it is not possible to start the job because it is not possible to klick the Play button. Then I have to rename the job. After this I can start the backup again.

It is possible e-mail notifications do not work in this situation because the backup does not produce any errors when it fails.
