No resolution after two weeks?
I contacted tech support two weeks ago tomorrow. After many hours with them, it was decided I needed to be elevated to tier two support. I still have not heard from anyone, even after recontacting teir one support twice. The support agent that I worked with the first time is not responding to my emails.
I'm having trouble installing ABR 10 Server. The box is Server 2000 SP4. It fails on the agent install.
My case number is 00496744
I can give more details if you need it, but I'm assuming you guys have it all in the caselog.

It still fails to install. The error I get is:

Your case is being handled by our support engineers, however, if I may suggest the following.
I can see that the latest response from our SPs regarding deleting several services did not resolve the issue and you attached a new set of installation logs.
Can you please find this registry key - {27AF75ED-20D9-11D1-B1CE-00805FC1270E} - and change the permissions for it, set full control for everyone please. After that, I would really appreciate if you can try installing our program one more time and provide me with a new MSI log if it fails.

After checking the new msi log, there is some indication of permissions issues. Does your user/master have all the permissions required to install ABR10? Have you tried installing under a different account?
I will also try to get your case taken care of as soon as possible.
