Not enough storage is available to process this command

Thread needs solution

I've got a customer that has a valid support agreement (AAS) but it won't let me open a case, so I'm going to post here.

I can supply the acronis info report at your convenience and provide the customer info as well.

I've already moved the .tmp folder to a bigger drive and even increased the percentage to 50% and it still fails.

Hello Jason,

Thank you for posting. I will definitely assist you with this issue.

The error message- Not enough storage is available to process this command is caused by a non-Acronis consuming system resources.

Please use the solution from this article and if it fails to resolve the issue, send me a private message with your Customer's details so that I can help him contact our Support team.

Let me know if you have additional questions please.

Thank you.

It looks like you are backing up drive "G:" but you are storing you're image in drive "G:". I recommend saving on a drive that is not included in the backup process.

Also, your post has "Failed to read the snapshot. ". Try disabling/deleting or turn off your system restore and try it again.

You might want to Stop a bunch of services like antivirus, SQL, IIS or as many as you can.

Nah, G drive is unselected (thats actually my destination drive for backups)

Still waiting to hear back from tech support in regards to a fix. Last email I got was "we would like to call you and do a remote session, but we need your telephone number" this was monday, still yet to hear anything back.

One thing I've noticed is when I uninstall and reinstall I get this weird error message. (Even ran the abr_cleanup utility)

This server is a domain controller, so don't tell me to add something to the local groups because domain controllers don't have local groups. I've been through every KB article and forum message I can find in regards to getting this working. Also, stopping services and doing backups isn't an option, if I wanted something manual I would use NTBackup/windows backup (which actually works)
