Not prompted for network credentials
I've just upgraded to B&R v11 and one of the first things I do is create a bootable USB device and make sure I can baremetal backup and restore my PC.
But when I come to specify the backup location on the network, B&R is not prompting me for my network credentials.
On previous versions, I opened up our domain (called Company), browsed down to our backup server (SERVER004) and upon attempting to open up the server to see the shares, B&R would prompt me for username & password whereupon I'd enter company\myusername and my password. Worked a treat.
On B&R v11, when I select SERVER004, it displays a spinning graphic for a second or two and then does nothing.
How do you specify network credentials to a network share with B&R v11?

Hi Rob,
I have unfortunately not come across this issue myself so am unable to offer any assistance, I would suggest as you have mentioned to try the latest build to see if you get the same issue or not. You can also download just the ISO file from your Acronis My Account without having to upgrade your entire system for now if you prefer but using Update 0 is advisable as there have been a number of fixes and improvements in this version.
I would be interested to hear your feedback on this issue.

This was obviously a know bug in the first release of v11 (sorry, don't have build number to hand) as it works fine in build 17311.
So this thread can be signed off as "fixed".

Thanks for reporting that Update 0 has fixed this issue for you... out of interest the server you were connecting to 'SERVER004' would you happen to know the basic OS/hardware details of this server?

SERVER004 is running Windows 2003 R2 with SP2.
