NT 4 Server to Virtual Drive

Thread needs solution

We have a very old Compaq Proliant Server at work running Windows NT 4 Server. It has 4 9 gig drives running in a Raid1 configuration. The server is on it's last legs and as a temporary measure I would like to image the System drive to run in Virtualbox. Here is my dilemna. The system drive is full, as in 100 mb available space. It is only 3 gigs. I have deleted everything I can to free up space. I have no space to install any programs. So here are my questions;

1. Can I use Acronis Backup from a workstation to backup the server system drive?

2. Would this backup be of the entire system drive so that I could then create a virtual drive using Acronis Recovery?

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

Edited the server is actually running raid 1

1) Technically yes (if bootable media is able to recognize the RAID controller) but it's againts the license agreement.
2a) Yes, entire system drive or whatever you select for backup...
2b) What is 'virtual drive'? ... and how do you plan to resolve possible drivers conflict?
