Only Acronis Agent Core is installed. ERROR

We had some IP confusion on our network, which is now resolved.

Now When I open Acronis I get the same error as this kb article....

30660: Acronis Backup & Recovery 11: Connection Attempt Fails with "Only Acronis Agent Core is installed"

E.G. Only Acronis Agent Core is installed.

I have run a backup and my backups seems to work fine despite this error.
But if I close and open Acronis I get the error.

I tried to follow the instructions of the KB article, eg reinstall the component

E.G. open ABR11S_17438_en-US.exe (which I used to upgrade from 17437 recently)

It imedietely opens with an error... as follows ....

An error has occured during intallation See details.

Then when you click close you get

Then it takes me back to the first screen that opens after I open the ABR11S_17438_en.exe

Can anyone provide any help on this??

Ps This windows Server version and running on Windows 2003 Server
