Hi,

I'm using Acronis Backup and Recovery 10.0.012457 Advanced Server - Small Business Server Edition.

I'm backing up to an external USB drive which is a Personal Vault. Where can I set the options to password protect and encrypt the data?

The password protection can be set during the back plan creation, in additional options. See more details in the Archive protection (p. 91) (password + encryption) of the ABR SBS User's Guide.
