I am longtime customer of Acronis products. In my opinion Acronis B&R is a flop. Symantec just released a update for existing customers using Ghost Solution Suite that supports Windows 7. Acronis Echo products are rock solid unlike B&R. I would like anyone who agrees with me to sign this post and add their 2 cents. I have so many problems with the latest build of Backup & Recovery (plugin does not work in BartPE or WinPE 1.6, Universal restore does not work, etc etc)

I personally would like to see the sector 63 error fully resolved in a final build of TI9.

I moved to BR10 because of that one problem, and although i think BR10 could be a great product, i wish i could have stayed on TI9 and not put BR10 into production use until all the bugs are ironed out.

I have also reported a few bugs to support and in the True Image forum, some of which that were not fixed in Echo build 8398. I'm working very hard with Acronis sales in Burlington and support to fix these issues, but there are supposed to be no new builds released. Hopefully we can push Acronis to change there policy since they do support version -1. Like many, I have tried ABR10AW, but there some issues and implementations we don' t like about the software, plus our customers don't like it either (too complex for our end users), so we downgrade the license keys for now. Windows 7 support would be a welcome edition.
