Poor Support after sales.
Hello All.
I had purchased ABR Advance Server for Windows and received key and certificate. I had contacted support to get full version download link but they are not able to provide that link and even don't want to understand new customer issue. ABR is very critical product and may create very serious problem for us , now issues is that if they are not able to provide such small support then what will happend in case of recovery issues.
Please look this issue and response.

Tim is correct. There is only one download. If you use it without entering the key code, it runs in demo mode and will only perform backups for a limited period. It will however restore from an image made during the demo period even after the expiration of the demo. Once you register the product by entering your license code, you have the fully functional product.
Where were your techs from? I've had much better luck with the Russian technicians.

As Timothy stated correctly, you can always download an installation file for the product from Registered products and downloads section in your account.
If you have not registered your product on our web site yet, we recommend to do it in order to receive free updates.
- Choose Product registration
- Enter the serial number for your Acronis product in the corresponding field.
