Primary file group is full error

Thread needs solution

Dear all,

When I try to add a client machine to Acronis, I am getting the following errors. I would appreciate any help to solve below issue.

Product : Acronis Backup & Recovery 10

Event code : 0x009D0007 + 0x007F0451

1. Failed to add machine to synchronization database

2. Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.incomingcards' in database 'acronis_cms_cards' because the 'primary' file group is full.Create diskspace by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the file group or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the file group.

The error 2 is continously appearing in the log files.

Hello,

This probably means that the default SQL Express database has reached it's built-in size limit of 4 GB.
