Is there Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\Common\service_process.exe ? Does it have valid digital signature? What happen if you run it manually- does it give the same error? One more thing to check - is there the same antivirus suite installed on all customers (that may give false positive) ?

Hi
Yes, service_process.exe exise.
Here you can found the signature, date is strange, no?
When I run it manually server does nothing... must he do?
I have disabled the Antivirus (Eset File Security) and the error is the same :(
Snif :(

Signature is ok, so the executable file was not altered. Nothing happens when you run it - it is ok too, it should do nothing if run this way. It could give that 'not a valid win32 application' error.
One more thing to check - is the error the same when you run the task manually from the list of backup plans? Is error same for some newly created backup plan? I still suspect some third-party software update that was installed in the same time and disrupted the functionality.
I suggest to collect process monitor log during backup execution - https://kb.acronis.com/content/2295 - , and look at the error related to service_process launching. ( You can use filter with 'drop filtered events' turned on, to store only collected events that contain 'acronis' the 'path' parameter to reduce log size )

Hi
Thanks for your answer...
When I run a task manually, or I create a new one, the error is the same.
I will check your KB soon
Thanks!
