problem account on Acronis Backup & Recovery

Hello,

We use Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 on DCs. Installation and implementation of backup strategies have been implemented. Everything worked perfectly until today.

I use the admin account is password. The account has not changed the password. I do not know who is past.

Are you what's already happened? solution?

Thank you very much for posting. I will definitely assist you with this.

From my experience, this error could be caused either by a deleted Acronis user, which are created during the installation, or the password for your account has been changed.

Do you think you could clarify something for me please? Which build of Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 you are using. The latest one is 11345. During the installation, which credentials did you provide for the Acronis Managed Machine Service. Was it a domain admin, your local admin or you let our software create a new account?

Can you also run the AcronisInfo report and send me a PM with it attached? This will help me in resolving this problem.

What a complete pile of crap this software is. I have spent an entire day and half the night trying to get this remote rubbish working, even with a few hours of online chat to acronis support.
A product this bad should never be release.
I experience the same messages as this post about Message: Failed Logon: unknown user name or bad password
This is ridiculous, what damn user name does it expect.
Yes I installed with domain admin user and pass, yes I tried that password trying to create a backup task or a policy.
Even created local acronis_agent as an account name.
Uninstalled , reinstalled Acronis Agent. Could not do that remotely either, had to travel to machine.
Yes ports are open 25001, 445.
What the hell is it expecting.
We are not all stupid and dont know our passwords.
All I want is our money back and I will find something else.
I used to love Acronis products now I hate them.
I dont what suggestions, I want difinitive answers. No try this try that rubbish. The message means something specific the user name and password are CORRECT absolutely no question The message is nonsense.

I have consulted with our Expert team about this issue, and it is most likely caused by either, the user under which the Managed Machine Service is running, does not have the Log on as Service privilege, or, the domain policies have been changed.

The best way to resolve this issue is to submit a support request with AcronisInfo attached to it and ask for it to be escalated to our Expert team.
