Problem with Acronis B&R 10 Advanced Server SBS Edition an Windows SBS 2003 Server (connection failed)

One of our Customers have purchased "Acronis® Backup & Recovery™ 10 Advanced Server SBS Edition" for their SBS 2003 Server. While installing the software we get the errormessage "Can't register Node". But the Installatzionroutine says, everything is ok (green). The AMS starts correct (net stop7start without errors). But when i try to manage the local machine i get the error (sorry, only german):

I search inside the support forum and the knowledge base, but can't find any solution for this error. Also i turn of the virussoftware...but it did'nt work. The installed version is Build 11639.

What's going wrong ?

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it is hard to say what exactly went wrong, so this situation requires investigation. Could you please do the following? 

  1. Run the installation file again and choose "Repair" option.
    Should the issue persists, please proceed with the steps below:
  2. Remove the current version from the machine with the help of Acronis Backup and Recovery CleanUp Utility
  3. Turn off any thirf party protection software (antiviruses, firewall, backup solutions)
  4. Run the installation and create MSI log
  5. Check whether the issue persists. In case it is still reproduced, gather Windows System Information
  6. Send us MSI log and Windows System Information

This information will help us to localize the issue and find an appropriate solution for it.

thanks for your reply. Tomorrow i collect the informations you asked for. The think with to complete new installation we have done two days ago, After that we have the same error.

I will send you the msi.log tomorrow.

Hello

I installed Acronis B&R 10 two days ago(this was upgrade from Acronis TIES).
that time had no problem ,succeeded.
Yesterday After auto windows update, auto reboot the Server.
Start message says One service failed.
There is a red triangular surprise mark in a lower right windows desktop,
says windows Acronis Managed Machine service unavailable.
I seached here and find out the same error code here.
We are the same ,SBS2003server machine.

very sorry for my upper comment. 
now The problem was solved without reinstall etc.
from the windows service menu Acronos Managed Machine Service
I changed logon Account from another account to "local system account " or "Administrator". and restart it.

Can you give the emailaddress to me where i have to send the data to ?

Yesterday we do the above steps. The Installationroutine say's that everything goes right. But the error ist the same as described.

So i wan't to send to logfiles and the systemdata to you.

Hi!

As you told me i send all informations (install-Logs, Systemlogs a.s.o.) to support@. I did'nt get a answer so i contact support by phone. The support told me there is a new version (BackupRecoveryAdvanced.12457_s_de) that fiexes the problem.

So i download the new version and install it at the customers server.

But the error is the same as described above.

So in the meantime we have two customers where we can't use acronis because of the error above. One uses Windows 2008 SBS, the other one Windows 2003 SBS.

Because we can't do any backup for that customers we need a fast solution from acronis to fix the problem.
