Problem with backup copies
Добрый день,форумчане.
Суть проблемы в том,что делаются бэкапы баз 1с,но при открытие архива из него ничего не копируется,хотя в папках присутствуют файлы.Такая проблема появилась неделю назад,причем акронис пишет,что все хорошо.Пытался с помощью средств акрониса восстановить,безрезультатно.Пробовал обновить план копирования,не помогло.Друзья нужна ваша помощь!

When I open the archive, there have the folders with data, but copy the anything it is impossible.I have run the verification of the archive, in the end of such a same result, can be remove older archives and to try to make new ones?

Thank you for the quick reply.
Can you describe your environment, and what action you want to perform? Are you using a centralized or personal vault?
What happens, when you create a new folder on the same destination (not the same folder) and create a new backup plan?

Every night we launched a plan database backup. I noticed this error in all archives, made after 11/26/12. All files that are now being created with errors, I can not extract information from there, although the report Acronis correctly. We use an individual store. I tried to edit the backup plan, but at the same place, all the same thing happens to the archives. Most interesting is that some of the files I get from the archive, but most do not.When I run the job to check the archive, there is an error that the file is corrupted. Is it possible to somehow get the information from the archives, or just remove them and make new ones

Dear friends, I found a bug, if i copy the archive to the local machine, the archives are opened normally and everything is copied from there. And if you open on the server, the archive did not pull out. Do not tell me what could be the problem.

Thank you for the replies.
When you are using an centralized vault, you need to use the Acronis Storage Node in order to access an backup archive. If you try to open this archive via the Windows Explorer in physical storage location, you may encounter this issue.
Copiing this files to local store results in recreated meta information, that makes it possible to access the data.
