Problem with changing email address for email-notifications

Hi,

I have a problem with changing the email address for email-notifications in Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.

When I changed it to a new one (in default backup-settings and in backup-job settings) Acronis showed me the right one in the settings and a testmail was send successful to the new email address.

But when the backup job sends the email automatically the old email-address ist used.

Is there a possibility to change the email address somewhere else than in default backup-settings an backup-job settings?

Do you have any ideas what else can be the problem?

This is a known issue in Acronis Backup & Recovery 11. You can work around this by exporting and importing the backup plan. This will fix possible script errors in the background and then your notification will work properly.
