problem for connection online

I have purchased Acronis True Image Home 2010 (Italian) and I have installed him on one of the two PC that I have in the office. The PC are connected online between them by cable. Finished the installation it happens to me that from the PC on which I have ACRONIS I succeed in going in the other but the "vice versa" you/he/she is prevented me... for "insufficient memory." I have tried it has disinstallarlo and everything you/he/she has returned ok. I have loaded him on the other (the principal) and... same problem, has him disinstallato and again everything works.
It would seem me some uncomfortable that every day to make the rescue must subsequently load and then disinstallare the program... what must I do?

Unfortunately due to the lack of investigation information it is hard to identify the reason of the issue, but I assume that problem is that Microsoft Lanman Server has a fixed limit on the quantity of filters it supports. Since Acronis product installs some filters to work, the total number of filters can exceed the server's limit. This happens not only when you are installing Acronis software, but may occur with the installation of any antivirus, etc.
