Problem with installing AcronisAgentWindows on Windows Server 2008

Thread needs solution

Hello!

Used Windows Server 2008. I'm trying to re-install akronisagentvindovs, but when you install error installation. Looked at similar problems on the forum: the proposed solutions have not helped. I attached the installation log file.

These are lines preceding "Код возврата 3.", and it looks like it checked license successfully, and then can't write to that certificate.pem file - is it locked? Can you remove it manually?

Yes, I already deleted the file, and all other files that are left after the uninstall. I also cleaned the registry.
The only thing that's left - directory in the registry: HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Enum\Root\ACRONISDEVICES, it I can not remove.

Denis, let me offer you additional assistance please.

Please fix this installation issue the following way:

On the machine where the error occurs, issue the following commands (Start -> Run -> cmd):

sc delete MMS
sc delete AcronisAgent
sc delete AcrSch2Svc

This will unregister Acronis services and update service manager.

If the output of any of the commands is service is marked for deletion, a reboot is required to remove the service

In case you are still having difficulties installing the program please generate a new .msi log and a Windows System Information file and contact our Support team directly so that we can resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, it did not help. I think that just need to reboot the server, but now it is not possible yet. Later, when we reboot, I will try to re-install Acronis. I will write about the result.
