Hello

My problem insists on different server with the screen resolution, if one starts with the provided boot CD.
We have server monitors 17" and with boats ascends Acronis server Backup on superelevated over the max. range screen. Then I must a new 22" Screen take, so that I have the picture again.

Question:
Where and how can I fix on the boot CD the values of the dissolution on that?

I appreciate you found time to share your experience with us and will be glad to help you. Actually this behavior of the software is not typical. It's hard to say for sure due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information, but assume that Acronis Bootable Media of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 failed to correctly detect the video card.

I'm glad to inform you that we have a fix for that: you can choose among available graphic modes yourself. Please kindly follow these instructions and let us know whether the issue got fixed.
