Hello Richard,

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue and join us on Forum, we're glad to greet you here. I understand your concern, and will be glad to assist you.

First of all please note that the build you're using is an outdated one, and we strongly recommend that you update the software.

There can be several reasons for this issue, so in order to solve it, we need to localize the cause. The log you've kindly attached is informative, but unfortunately doesn't shed the light onto the exact problem cause.

First of all please make sure that you're using the UNC path (not the mapped drive. You can find the details here). Please also check whether the FTP is accessible from Windows as well. Make sure that the folder you're saving the backup to, has full access to everyone (just for testing purposes).

Should the issue remain, please gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!
