Procedure for creating a bootable hard drive

Hi

I have a typical C: hard drive on a vista 64 Gateway PC, as well as an empty J: hard drive. Both drives are one TB. J: is only formatted. C: contains my O/S, applications, data, etc. Typical PC C: hard drive setup.

I have latest and greatest Acronis software and would like to clone J: and make it bootable.

What procedure should I follow in Acronis?
