ProtectCommand: Failed to execute command

Thread needs solution

I have been backing up fine, but have suddenly started being returned the following error after running the latest update:

Can anyone provide some sort of insight as to what may be causing this? This is on a production server and we are falling behind on backups.

Is there anything else in 'logs' from navigation tree -> 'events' display? Or in the 'log' tab of activity details in the history tab for the failed backup plan?

I am now seeing this same error message in three separate installations of Backup & Recovery SBS Edition, all at different client sites. I would love to have an answer.

I have the exact same error after updating. I'm unable to backup my computer any longer. An answer to this would be nice...or a refund.
