Quick Books data File's not being backed up.
I have been having an ongoing issue with Quick Books data not being backed up, I am using the latest build of True Image Backup home. I have been able to back up the data when, I turn off the QB data service, I set the service to manual from automatic. But as soon as you launch the program the service starts, I am not able to access the computer that I am posting about at this time so I can't provide specific error messages. Just was wondering if this is an ongoing issue and how I can work around it with having to stop the service in order to back up this data? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the advice, I'll post the error message when I get it again and update this post with that message but also run it by Quick Books.

Hello all!
Jonathan, thank you for opening the thread and many thanks to GoneToPlaid for his valuable comment!
I would like to assure you that we didn't have any issues with backing up the Quick Books, so we would like to investigate the issue and provide you with the solution.
Unfortunately due to the lack of investigation information it is difficult to identify the reason, so could you please kindly provide us with the following?
- The exact sequence of actions that lead to the problem you report, so that we can reproduce it?
- - Download AcronisInfo
- Run the downloaded file. The gathered information will be put in AcronisInfo.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
This information will allow us to take a closer look at the Acronis product state and logs.
- 1. Download Process Monitor and run it
2. Reproduce the issue without closing the utility
3. Click File ->Save in the main Process Monitor window
4. Select All events and save the log file in the PML, CSV or XML format.(!) One needs to have Process Monitor installed on the machine to open a PML file.
- Please gather for us the Crash Dump
Please kindly contact us with the information gathered, we will review it and provide you with the suitable solution.
I would appreciate if you could kindly keep us updated regarding the issue. And do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any further questions, we will be glad to help!
Thank you in advance for cooperation.
